I’ve always believed that you can’t have a thriving business without thriving people. I sit right at the intersection of blending strategic thinking and data-driven people analytics with genuine empathy. My role is to ensure that our talent management and organizational development aren’t just “HR processes,” but are engines that drive the company forward. Whether I am navigating change management or designing training programs, my goal is to influence a culture where communication is open and employee well-being is prioritized.

Outside of the office, I practice meditation and grounding techniques. Otherwise, you’ll find me hiking a trail, reading a good book, or recharging with my friends and family.
