I lead a team of engineers dedicated to getting projects approved. While my team handles the detailed calculations, I focus on the strategy—clearing the hurdles that stand between a design and a construction start date. My biggest goal is to provide predictability; I want to be the stable resource that helps developers navigate an uncertain process without stress.
I love working at TCG because of the flexibility and the welcoming nature of the team. I was incredibly proud of how our company stepped up to provide relief support for the flooding in North Carolina after Hurricane Helene—it showed the heart of this team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, as well as being outdoors hunting, fishing, and snowboarding. I’m also a big Alabama football fan and have a mini Bernedoodle named Lemon.
