We served as the innovative partner for civil engineering and infrastructure planning, managing everything from initial entitlement assistance and rezoning to complex Civil Construction Design Plans. Our team navigated the specific intricacies of healthcare development, including FGI compliance, Georgia HFRD licensing, and the high-stakes risk of utility as-built errors.
