I focus on building relationships and finding new opportunities, so our engineers always have meaningful projects to design. I spend a lot of time in the community, connecting with potential partners, and understanding how our team can support their goals. While I handle marketing and proposal production (specifically scoping proposals), my real strength is my social nature—I just love meeting people.
I love working at TCG because of the people who work here; everyone is kind, and the positive energy makes this a great place to be. I’m proud to represent a team that cares so much that our clients are often amazed by the service we provide.
When I’m not chasing new leads, I’m usually trying a new restaurant, traveling, or going to a sporting event. I try to approach my work with my favorite quote: “People will forget what you said… but people will never forget how you made them feel”.
