As the CEO of Contineo Group, my job is to help our team grow, do good work, and work well together. While I handle the strategic planning and financial management necessary to run a successful firm, I believe my real role is ensuring that we remain kind, fair, and proud of what we build. My specialty is decision-making; I am the person who steps in to make hard choices when there are no clear answers. I show clients I care by taking full responsibility for each action and every outcome.
I love working here because of the people. They are an amazing group that makes the work fun. I am incredibly proud of the grit and family-like support this team shows, and I strive to maintain that culture every day.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually operating under my other job title: “Director of Family Adventures & River Expeditions”. I’m obsessed with fishing (catching any kind will do), kayaking, and hanging out with my kids and my 10-year-old hound, Misty.
