My official title is Construction Engineering Manager, but what I actually do is solve problems fast. I take calls from field workers, troubleshoot the issues they run into, and deliver fixes so the work doesn’t stop. My goal is to keep massive construction programs moving with minimal delays. I pride myself on being an “AutoCAD Junkie” and have a knack for juggling 6 or 7 active “construction fires” at the same time.
I love working at TCG because of the people; my coworkers are adaptable, high-integrity individuals who take pride in getting the job done. My favorite moment here was hearing a room full of client staff cheer when I was introduced—it was a great reminder of the real impact we have.
When I’m not putting out fires, I’m usually line dancing, watching football, or public speaking. I also hold the title of “Commander-in-Cheese,” thanks to my yearly Super Bowl party where I serve up to 40 unique dip recipes.
