My job is to assist our engineers with design coordination and plan production, using my expertise in Civil 3D and hydrology. However, I think the biggest obstacle I help the team overcome is “untangling clustered minds”. I use positive communication and leadership to ensure everyone has a clear vision so we can execute our projects smoothly.
I love working at TCG because of the great energy and positive vibes. I’m proud to be part of a collaborative team that truly looks out for one another and safeguards its members.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually hanging out at the farm, playing tennis or pickleball, or running around doing activities with my kids. I speak Spanish and English, and I’m always interested in learning about new cultures.
