My job is essentially two-fold: I guide clients through shaping their ideas, and then I support our engineers in turning those ideas into reality. I utilize my background in AutoCAD Civil3D and Bluebeam to solve our biggest daily problem: threading the needle between what the client wants and what the jurisdiction allows. Through it all, my superpower is staying calm amidst the chaos. Clients know I care because I ask genuine questions and listen. I think my engineering opinions help steer the client’s vision to what they want.
I love working at TCG because of the trust. I am empowered to do my job and do it well, without the oversight of “10 bosses”. The best feeling is walking a completed site for the final punch list and seeing that we made it a reality.
When I’m not at work, I operate under the title “Hermit Hero”. I spend my time reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy, painting miniatures, and entertaining my cat and dog. I’m also obsessed with finding a good smash burger.
