My job is to guide a project from the very beginning to the very end. I manage the layout of sites—taking a client’s rough sketch and turning it into a finished product—while helping my team with technical questions and code research. My goal is to be hyper-detail-oriented; I want to catch and fix critical issues long before the city reviewers see them. I show clients I care by conducting site visits as much as possible to help visualize issues going on during construction and work in tandem with a permit coordinator to keep in touch with reviewers to make sure we get comments back in a timely manner.

I love working at TCG because of the balance; I have the flexibility and autonomy to solve problems my own way, and I know my team is always there for support. TCG is a dynamic place to work.

When I’m not engineering, I’m usually outdoors hiking and geocaching. I’m also obsessed with collecting every single issue of National Geographic. I have a tall, lanky Coonhound/Black Lab mix named Elton, and I speak Russian.
