My job is to keep projects organized and moving forward. I act as the bridge between the client, the city authorities, and our internal team, making sure we stick to the plan and the budget. I solve the problems that cause delays—I often call it “firefighting”—and I work to prevent scope creep and communication gaps. Through it all, I rely on my superpower: maintaining a positive mindset and proactive communication. I show clients I care by treating every dollar of their budget and every hour of their timeline as if it were our own capital on the line.
I love working at TCG because of the people; we are a dependable team that supports one another, and I’m proud to be part of projects like McLemore and Waffle House that people actually talk about.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually training in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. I’m also obsessed with sports travel; my wife and I plan our vacations around sporting events to experience different city cultures.
