I like to think of our company as a “digital sculptor of terrain,” and my role is to be the co-captain of that ship. I focus on keeping our production engines running and ensuring our craftsmanship is top-notch. My job is to bridge the gap between “Vision and Physics”—taking a big idea and figuring out how to make it work in the real world. I help the team navigate the details (the weeds) without losing sight of the big picture.
I love working at TCG because we are allowed to be masters of our craft; we tackle complex problems alongside amazing teammates and clients.
When I’m not at work, I go by the title "Navigator of Scattered Dreams". I speak German and English, and I try to make every moment memorable. I enjoy traveling, shooting at the gun range, or just grabbing a drink at my local dive bar. I’m also a proud dog dad to a shelter rescue. My motto is simple: "Be focused, be present, and act with excellence".
